Concorr Technical Project Management carried out a large project from initial feasibility through to design, approval, tender and on to site management and completion of over 130 properties. 

Carrying out all duties on behalf of the client under CDM Regulations the contract was completed on time and within budget.

Tilbury Jetty Refurbishment, Essex, UK

As part of a major refurbishment and upgrade to the No. 2 Jetty at Tilbury on the River Thames Concorr carried out the full range of consultancy project management tasks. This was a technically challenging project as all repairs needed to be carried out working with the tides. The project was completed ahead of program and within budget.

Ex Chocolate Factory, Bristol, UK

The ex Elizabeth Fry Chocolate Factory dates back to 1911 and was left derelict for over 20 years when the company moved. Years later, as part of a huge regeneration development scheme, Concorr project management was engaged over a 3 year period to design and manage one of the largest structural strengthening projects in the UK.
