The Building Surveys Division carries out inspection, testing, condition and make safe surveys to all types of building envelopes, facades, and internal areas.

From feasibility studies, pre and post acquisition surveys to identifying all forms of distress and danger our service is the most comprehensive and cost effective from a single source. 

From leaking roofs to defective facades our teams of trained, IRATA qualified roped access technicians can access, test, make safe and report on a huge range of defects in less time and cost than any other form of access.
